"Nutella"

This spread is yummy! My boys even tried it and that's a big deal! I was craving chocolate the other day so I decided to spread Nutella on a Banana. Lets just say it is super yummy on lots of things!  I'm gonna try it on strawberries next! Next time you are at the store grab a jar. Here is a Dresser That my Friend Amy Gilman from "Sisteres of the Wild West" Refinished  I had metioned to Amy that I was in the process of looking for a dresser for their room so she sent me a few to choose from. Here are the before and after pictures of the one I decided to go with! I will say she is so creative and has such a great eye for design! I need to now get their new fresh paint color on the walls and build from there. I will continue to post more as I progress!

Nautical Design Theme

I love this wall! I found this at www.designdazzle.com My youngest Son has that amazing Boat Bed from Pottery Barn and this would be a great addition for his room! French Provencial Master Bedroom Furniture

 This is my amazing Master Bedroom Furniture I found on the wonderful Craigslist. I am painting this in a high-gloss Black. I will post some after pics when I finish. This really has been a drawn out project with the kids home from school all summer most of my time has been spent entertaining 4 boys! I am absolutely in love with the French Style and then I put my own Glam spin on it! So my master Bedroom is really a Blank Canvas at this point. I am really trying to decide what to do on the walls! I have this huge upholstered King Headboard that I need to update to a Diamond tufted Headboard Design. I have had a difficult time deciding on Fabric. I'm really just thinking to hard lol!  I need to find a duvet also, I haven't found anything that jumps out at me. I think it will all depend on the headboard color and walls. I like the Glam so I'm thinking maybe I should do a black fabric for the headboard, big dramatic stripes on my main wall, and do a hotel style duvet or ruffle duvet. I need feed back so if you have any ideas for me please feel free to express your thoughts.

Working at the Dog House CarryOut!!!!

So I recently purchased a Hot Dog Carryout business, its called The Dog House CarryOut and its a cute little hole in the wall serving  1/4 lb All Beef Dogs! I have been in business now for 1 month. Here in the next week I will be updating the interior, it needs the Tara touch lol! So we are on West Central and N. Mt. Carmel in West Wichita, Kansas If you are in Wichita come see us! New to the world of Blog!!!!

Hello everyone~

I have for sometime now been really stuck on the computer reading and following all these great Blogs and I can't get enough and yes Amy you were right! My friend Amy of 8 1/2 years turned me on to this world of Blog! I'm excited to start sharing some of my great design ideas and projects I have started, completed and not completed lol! Ok so I like to have more than one project at a time going! I do this Blog deal in the evening until about oh I'd say midnight or until I can't see straight! I'm a mom of 4 boys and they take most of my attention ALL DAY LONG, you other mom's know what I mean! This is like ME time! I find it therapeutic! So needless to say I'm looking forward to this journey of having my own Blog and making new friends along the way and I must say I love the DIY way much more rewarding! Good Night all...............
